What’s covered?
Our warranty applies to defects in materials or manufacturing under normal use. If something arrives damaged or faulty, just let us know — we’re here to help.

How to make a warranty claim
If you spot an issue, send an email to info@scantra.se with a description of the problem and, if possible, photos. We’ll guide you through the next steps quickly.

Please note
The warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear over time.
